Kingdom People: A change of seasons
‘See! The winter is past; the rains are over and gone. Flowers appear on the earth; the season of singing has come, the cooing of doves is heard in our land. The fig tree forms its early fruit; the blossoming vines spread their fragrance.’ Song of Songs 2:11-13.
Seasons mark all of our lives. There are personal seasons, seasons for organisations, churches and even globally. Over the last 6 years at All Nations, we believe that God has been strengthening and establishing us for an increase of kingdom influence, both locally and globally. We are moving from a winter season, into a spring season, with excitement and anticipation to be part of what God wants to do in us and through us.
We believe that this spring season will be full of hope, acceleration and favour, and of resources coming to us. We believe they will be days of great exploits (Daniel 11:32).
Isaiah 60 talks about God’s light rising on us as a people and nations coming to that light. This Scripture has been awakened again in us recently, believing that there will be grace and abundance both personally in our lives, and together, corporately.
Our desire is to activate and mobilise every disciple to fulfil the call and gifting that God has placed in our lives. We want every generation to know who we are in Christ and how we can serve Him with purpose, both here on earth and eternally.
Another key Scripture for this year is Deuteronomy 8:18, which says ‘But remember the Lord your God, for it is he who gives you the ability to produce wealth, and so confirms his covenant.’
We have a sense that God wants to release creativity this year, for our church family and wider, to produce wealth and to generate income for our families and for the kingdom.
Led by listening, we also feel that God is inviting us to open up the church building every Sunday for our larger church family. Our vision remains the same, but with fresh rhythms. Home Churches will move their gatherings to midweek, in order to gain weekly momentum in relationship and discipleship, and Sunday gatherings will equip, train and release disciples who make disciples and plant churches.
We still believe that Home Churches are crucial in handling the harvest that is coming, and we want to be ready.
Moving forwards, not backwards, we want to have listening ears to the Holy Spirit, and be people who move when the Spirit says ‘move’. We want every member of the body of Christ to be active- every gift and passion is needed.
We want to be a Kingdom People who are set apart (Psalm 50:5), who build regular altars to meet with the Lord, who pray and who offer our time and money to the Lord.
Together as a church family, we are trusting God to lead us. Let’s get ready to be activated, to lead people to Christ, to disciple people ourselves, and to share our faith to see increased kingdom fruitfulness.

Covenant declaration:
This covenant declaration is an invitation to belong — a shared commitment to live out our faith together as a church family, centred on Jesus and His mission.
We declare that Jesus Christ is Lord, and that our lives exist for the glory of God alone.
We declare that this church is a people who know Christ, are rooted in His Word, alive in the Spirit and unashamed of the Gospel.
We declare that we are becoming like Christ—leaving behind the old, walking in holiness, courage, and love, and reflecting heaven on earth.
We declare that we will make Christ known in our city and to the nations with boldness, compassion, and power; we will not be silent, or shrink back.
Let the Kingdom advance and may Jesus be glorified.
Amen.
