Meet the Leadership Team

Our Senior Leadership Team is made up of people who carry different gifts and responsibilities, reflecting our commitment to fivefold ministry and shared leadership. Titles describe areas of function, not status. We believe God speaks through a range of voices, so we lead together, listen together, and stay open to the Holy Spirit. We’re still learning, but our hearts are set on serving God’s purpose with humility, prayer, and courage.

Steve and Esther Uppal

Apostolic Leaders
Steve and Esther provide apostolic leadership to All Nations Church and the wider All Nations Movement. They carry a passion for reformation, revival, disciple-making, and church planting, and give oversight, vision, and biblical teaching across the Hub* and beyond. Their heart is to equip the church to love Jesus deeply and take the gospel to the nations.
*The Hub describes who we are and how we see our calling. We are not only a local church in Wolverhampton but an apostolic centre that exists for worship, sending, strengthening, and multiplying. As part of a growing movement of churches, we believe the life God gives us is not meant only to stay with us. The Hub is a place where an altar has been built, where the gate of heaven is open and God’s presence dwells. Disciples are made here, leaders are equipped, and people are commissioned—into our city, into new church communities, and into God’s mission wherever He leads.
Gary and Hannah Worrall

Hub Leaders
Gary and Hannah give strategic and pastoral leadership to the Hub, helping shape direction, culture, and ministry teams. They love building healthy community, developing leaders, and creating environments where people encounter God and live on mission. They serve closely alongside the wider team to ensure vision becomes reality.
Andrew and Marcia Mumo

Hub Pastors
Andrew and Marcia provide pastoral care and spiritual guidance across the church family. They walk closely with people through the highs and lows of life, strengthening faith, prayer, and discipleship. They carry a steady, compassionate presence and help ensure the church remains rooted in love and prayer. Andrew also oversees practical operations, administration, and buildings, ensuring the Hub functions smoothly and sustainably.
Thomas and Bethany Milne

Operational Leaders
Thomas and Bethany Milne serve the church by strengthening leadership rhythms and caring for Hub life. Bethany supports leadership through governance, planning, and coordination, serving on the Board of Trustees. Thomas brings a deeply encouraging and practical presence, serving across worship, sound, and hands-on needs.
Josh and Susie Raybould

Generations Leaders
Josh and Susie champion discipleship across all ages, with a particular heart for children, youth, and young adults. They serve in evangelism, preaching, training, and faith formation, with Josh helping to raise fiery followers of Jesus who love the Bible, hear God, and live boldly for Him in every sphere of life. Susie heads up our training, teaching and also does some pastoral support.
