50,000 bibles across Wolverhampton
We believe this is a significant moment for our city. Across the UK, there is growing openness to conversations around faith, hope, truth, and the person of Jesus. In the middle of uncertainty and darkness, we believe God is drawing people to Himself — and that His Word still has the power to transform lives today. That’s why churches across Wolverhampton are coming together to place 50,000 free Gospels and Bibles into the hands of people across our city. The Bible is not just a book — it is living, active, and life-changing. We believe people encounter Jesus through His Word, that hope can be restored, lives can change, families can be healed, and light can break into darkness.
As a church, we’re stepping out together to place Gospels and Bibles into the hands of people across Wolverhampton through schools, workplaces, neighbourhoods, outreach, and everyday conversations. Throughout this campaign, we’ll be creating opportunities for people to explore faith and encounter Jesus through His Word, and from 22nd - 28th June our church building will also be open throughout the week for anyone who would like to pick up a free Bible, ask questions about faith, receive prayer, or simply talk with someone. We believe even one conversation, one invitation, or one Bible can change a life.
How can you be involved?

Pray
Pray that there would be an openness across Wolverhampton that leads people to encounter Jesus through His Word, and that lives, families, and communities would be transformed.
Continue praying for your “Believe for Three” — the people God has placed on your heart this year. Ask God to open doors for meaningful conversations, opportunities to share the Gospel, moments to invite them along, and for hearts to be open to encountering Jesus.

Share
At the beginning of the year, many of us wrote down three people we were committing to pray for. This campaign is an opportunity to take a step further.
Carry Gospels with you and be intentional about sharing them with neighbours, friends, colleagues, and family members. Be open to conversations, invitations, and opportunities to share Jesus naturally in everyday life. Gospels will be available to collect from the foyer throughout the campaign.

Serve
We need people willing to help make space for others to encounter God.
Volunteer throughout the week to distribute Bibles, welcome visitors into church buildings, pray with people, and help create environments where conversations can happen.
Every conversation matters. Every invitation matters. Every Bible matters.
