Community Projects

With the advent of the 2011 Community Audit of Wolverhampton, the All Nations arm of Community Projects has been redefined to address the ‘real’ needs within our city of Wolverhampton,  which we have identified as:

  • Fatherlessness
  • Low employment and sustainability of business and industry
  • Health and Well-Being

One of the main finding that has emerged out of the audit is the need for ‘preventative’ work within our community. This type of community project is radically different from the ones that were launched a few years ago, in that it seeks to address the root causes of issues that arise within Wolverhampton, as opposed from treating the symptoms.

Another new dimension which we are seeking to do is to partner with existing projects within the city, so that we are not duplicating the same work. Our aim in this would be to bring a sense of unity and collaboration within the city

All Nations will still retain a strong element of response work, which will focus on immediate needs of individuals or groups.

Through our community projects, we seek to put ‘hands’ and ‘feet’ to the Gospel by reaching out in compassion by meeting people’s needs holistically and also to bring a sense of Justice and restoration to our city of Wolverhampton
